Winter Training Updates 1/5/2017

Stay tuned to the message board to learn about the details of our upcoming non-swimmers swim clinic with our own Corky Pike. Also in the mix, within the next few weeks we will be starting a new Tuesday night run. This too will be focused on the new athlete and all paces will be welcome. We’ll use an out and back route, with a flat course for the first few weeks and then introduce some hills to further challenge your endurance. Instead of pace, you’ll just run out for a certain amount of minutes – turn around – then back the same number of minutes. Everyone leaves at the same time and returns to end at the same time (pretty close to the same time anyway). More details to come!
